This project was born from the evolving needs of small and medium-sized businesses in Spain. Our collaboration with Banco Sabadell resulted in the development of an online data analytics platform tailored specifically for the bank´s extensive retail-trade client base of over 400,000 SME businesses. 


Kelvin harnesses data derived from anonymised credit and debit card transactions to provide valuable consumer behaviour insights. The platform also equips businesses with a series of tools to make informed decisions. This initiative reflects a strategic commitment of Banco Sabadell to empower their clients with a data-driven value-add service in a dynamic marketplace.

Our challenge was to transform raw credit card transaction data into a value-added service. Designed for widespread adoption and easy access, our goal was to maximise the platform's impact on businesses and enhance customer loyalty for Banco Sabadell.

Challenge

Bestiario conceptualised, designed, and built Kelvin, an intuitive online data analytics platform. By transforming credit card transaction data into actionable insights, we created a digital tool for Banco Sabadell's clients to access vital business information effortlessly. The platform's intelligent notifications and alert system encouraged widespread adoption, aiming to enhance decision-making processes for thousands of businesses.
